It’s been some time since I made sprouts but I’ve kind of have been in the mood for some lately (I think it’s all that easter candy I’ve been snacking on). When I was sprouting back in the day I was more into the seed sprouts: radish, broccoli and alfalfa. But I really like beans so I thought I would give bean sprouts a go. Earlier this week I purchased a new sprouter at Whole Foods and just went to their bulk foods section to buy dried mung beans, lentils and wheat berry. I was soaking the mung beans in the above photos. Below is the end result:
Look how cute they are. They sprouted so fast!
